1. The Alphabet Method
When we go to start writing we often forget that creativity is one of the biggest parts of a writer.
Start with the letter a and start your sentence, then once you’ve finished with that letter move onto b and then so forth. This will force you to have to be creative with your sentences and branch out into words/topics you haven’t used regularly.
2. Dear Younger Me
Have you ever wanted to write your younger self a letter? Maybe to warn them about a current heartbreak that you’re going through to warn them or some successes you’re having that could help them through a tough time.
Well today you’ll be doing that, writing a dear younger me letter is a great way to get out your creative writing juices.
Start by writing maybe a 500 word letter to yourself, it could be on a piece of paper or it could be on an online document.
