March 12th, 2010RENEW International
RENEW International has reached thousands of people in the U.S. and in countries within six continents. Its programs and materials teach how the word of God is genuine and Pertinent. By forming small Christian communities, RENEW International shows Catholics how their belief can help overcome personal challenges, trust in one another, and achieve peace.
RENEW International is a non-profit Catholic organization, which is based in the Archdiocese of Newark, NJ and reaches individuals in religious need all over the world. It originated from the compassionate vision of Msgr. Tom Kleissler and Msgr. Tom Ivory. They had the idea of a revitalized Church with laypersons deeply involved and committed to parish, civic, and worldwide issues. The leadership of RENEW International believed individuals would be better supported if divided into small communities and this model became the foundation for many highly successful curricula. Small groups provide the chance for parishioners to learn to live the gospel, as individuals and together as a community.
RENEW International grants followers the gift of greater knowledge. They form lasting kinships with others and experience miraculous replenishment. Participants of RENEW International become more in touch with their belief and become a more committed member of the Catholic community.
